Nightly Build for Image Taglib

The nightly build for Image Taglib in the sandbox does not seem to happen.

I had included the new call in the sandbox build file. The dependency jar
"pmiw.jar" is specified and supplied.

Is there anything else that needs to be done to include it?
Is there a log file that I could check why it was not built?
