.properties file is not exist

hello Dave :
I downloaded the apache-roller-4.0.zip from
http://roller.apache.org/download.cgi,
but there is not  the files of  roller.properties and roller.custom.config
in this zip package.
can you send a copy of these files to me?
and tell that me  these files's location path.

The roller.properties file is inside the Roller jar, you are never
supposed to edit it. You must create a roller-custom.properties file
to override only the properties that you want to change for your
installation.

Hi jiangjf,

the Roller way is relying on the defaults which are documented in
the Roller install guide (which is included in the package under
docs) and creating a custom configuration file only for the entries
you really want to change.
For details, see the mentioned install guide.
