ISIS-2395: JDO mappings for AsciiDoc and Markdown.

In addition:
- rename asString() to asHtml()
- introduce HasHtml interface common to Markup, Markdown and AsciiDoc types.
- reorg SSE maven modules for consistency, with "-sse-ui" becoming "-sse-ui-wkt"
- introduces 'metamodel' for both AsciiDoc and Markdown, to install the value facets for each
