   I wonder if the usage of `@ApplicationScoped` from Quarkus runtime would suffice to have this done. Something like:
   ```java
   @ApplicationScoped
   public class MyRoute extends RouteBuilder {
       public void configure() {
           from("timer:bar").log("Hi");
       }
   }
   ```
   so, annotating this in the dependency. In any case, this would have a limitation to consider: the build time scan of the route, used by the operator to discover capabilities, component, etc, would be skipped limiting the power of the operator. I think that's the main feature of the operator and this approach would defeat it.
