[GitHub] [beam] TSultanov opened a new issue, #25277: [Task]: Refactor compileStep() function in code_processig.go

TSultanov opened a new issue, #25277:
URL: https://github.com/apache/beam/issues/25277

   ### What needs to happen?

   1. This function currently takes two context, which makes it very hard to reason about what context should be passed further down the call stack. Consider refactoring this function to remove the extra context.
   2. Consider making this function return error and handle it in the caller
