Repro steps:
1. Create a VM
2. Create a network
3. Goto Nic Tab of VM instance
4. Click on add network to VM dialog

Notice the dropdown in the dialog is showing those network also which are already part of VM . Current functionality stops adding Multiple NIC for same network . So even if we try to add a network which is already part of VM  we will get error message  so its better if we filter and don't show the network which is already the part of VM .
