-DDEBUG_CGI

I tried adding -DDEBUG_CGI to CFLAGS (see mod_cgi.c, cgi_child) and
the server barfs big time when I try to call a previously working
cgi-bin script.  The *only* thing to have been changed is the -Dflag.

Does -DDEBUG_CGI still work?  If so, what else do I need to do to 
keep it happy.

SunOs 4.1.3/gcc version 2.6.3/apache 1.0.0
