same again for the latest nb 11.1
using mageia 7 (now)
The certificate by [https://plugins.netbeans.org/nbpluginportal/updates/] is invalid.
And it looks like there is some redirect from [https://netbeans.apache.org/nb/plugins/11.1/] to the netbeans.org site everytime I call this site I'm redirected.
