SQL 2000 JDBC driver in NT 4/Tomcat 4.0 ?

I copied those 3 major .jar files into Tomcat's \lib directory, but still no
luck.  It sound like the \lib directory isn't part of the CLASSPATH. As
those jar files need to be in the CLASSPATH, according to Tomcat's document.
Anyone has experience about this?
