   The 10.2.0 release of the Dev Deployment Base image (`dev-deployment-base-image`) was built pointing to the local settings.xml created by the `maven-base` package via `.mvn/maven.config`.
   
   Ideally, all dev build-related artifacts should be removed from the final image, including the maven.config.
   
   As a workaround, users should add the `-s /usr/share/maven/conf/settings.xml` flag to the Command parameter:
