problems installing apache 2

When il try to install apache2.0.46 (make install) I get the following error:
cp: `include/util_time.h' et `/usr/local/apache2/include/util_time.h'
identifient le m�me fichier.
cp: `include/util_xml.h' et `/usr/local/apache2/include/util_xml.h' identifient
le m�me fichier.
make[1]: *** [install-include] Erreur 1
make[1]: Quitte le r�pertoire `/usr/local/apache2'
make: *** [install-recursive] Erreur 1
