[HEADS UP] Karaf 2.3.x, 2.x, 3.0.x releases today and during the week end

Hi all,

As discussed when introduced the karaf-4.0.x branch (and now that master 
is Karaf 4.1.0-SNAPSHOT) I'm preparing releases on karaf-2.3.x, 
karaf-2.x, and karaf-3.0.x branches.

I should be able to send them to vote later today and during the week end.
