Right now, in the SCMDatanodeProtocolServer getCommandResponse() deleteContainerCommand is not handled, so deleteContainerCommand is not sent to Datanode.

 

The deletecontainercommand request is sent for over replicated containers, so this over replication is currently broken because of this.
