mod-dav-svn post-commit error regression
Sorry for the sparse report, but something is better than
nothing. It appears that a 1.5.x mod_dav_svn can no longer send
the error output from a post-commit hook to a 1.5.x client:
svn: MERGE request failed on '/test
svn: MERGE of '/test: 200 OK (http://svn)
svn: Your commit message was left in a temporary file:
I don't know whether it's also broken with 1.4 clients, or
whether this bug is new in 1.5. I know it used to work, but I
don't know when that was or when it stopped.

I tested with an RC3 client and server on Linux and it appeared to
work fine. I tried it with both neon and serf. You can see output

I don't think so. The client was trunk from January, the server
alpha 1 or 2.

Was this some side-effect of all that abort_edit() error message mumbling
and composition that happened recently?
