"189" is an unknown syslog facility. Defaulting to "USER".

When running the following test with the Log4j syslog test program, received
the following error.

java org.apache.log4j.net.test.SyslogMin syslog.lcf

Only change to the file was changed host to localhost.  This is consistent
with what I am seeing when I test my own app.  Seems to print during
Category.getInstance().  Added log4j.appender.A1.Facility=SYSLOG to lcf file
but it did not resolve this issue.

Does not seem to affect the behavior of the app.  Any ideas regarding what
this message is saying?
