SOAP help

Hi all.
Can anyone help me.
I need to (i) upload a file from a user, (ii) embed the file as base64 content 
in xml (iii) wrap the xml in a soap request (iv) submit the soap request to a 
web service  and (v) transform the soap result for return to the user.

What is the best strategy in Cocoon 2.1 for doing this, using existing tools?
