[jira] [Created] (AIRFLOW-3790) Reflect the status of Waiting for Pool in the UI

jack created AIRFLOW-3790:
-----------------------------

Summary: Reflect the status of Waiting for Pool in the UI
                 Key: AIRFLOW-3790
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AIRFLOW-3790
             Project: Apache Airflow
          Issue Type: Improvement
            Reporter: jack

Currently task that can be queued is marked as queued in the UI.

However task that is waiting for a pool to be free is not in queued state.

I had a problem with a Pool that one of the tasks was bugged and was never freed as a result I had a whole day of missing runs and I did not  know about it.

I suggest to add another column to the {color:#333333}Recent Tasks{color} or to the {color:#333333}DAG Runs{color}  that will indicate that the DAG is waiting for pool/queue or any other resource. The UI is suppose to be like a "control room" allowing anyone watching it to get a sense of what is happening in the system. This can be a major improvement for that end.
