The REST API gets the service outputs by running sqcheck to get json output. The Json output did not include the dcs master.

sqcheck -j -c all

Modifying the sqcheck script so the "sqcheck -j -c all" and sqcheck -j -c dcs" commands will now include the DCS master status.

$ sqcheck -j -c all
[{"PROCESS":"DTM","CONFIGURED":2,"ACTUAL":2,"DOWN":""},{"PROCESS":"RMS","CONFIGURED":4,"ACTUAL":4,"DOWN":""},{"PROCESS":"DCSMASTER","CONFIGURED":2,"ACTUAL":2,"DOWN":""},{"PROCESS":"MXOSRVR","CONFIGURED":8,"ACTUAL":8,"DOWN":""}]

$ sqcheck -j -c dcs
[{"PROCESS":"DCSMASTER","CONFIGURED":2,"ACTUAL":2,"DOWN":""},{"PROCESS":"MXOSRVR","CONFIGURED":8,"ACTUAL":8,"DOWN":""}]
