[KNOX-2631] Webshell feature review

Hello All,
I would like to get code review for the Webshell feature from the
community. I would like to get this in by the 2.0.0 release and am really
excited about the feature.

This is the link to the PR: https://github.com/apache/knox/pull/639
This is the JIRA: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KNOX-2631
This is the link to design document:
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/KNOX/KIP-15+-+KnoxSSO+for+Secure+Shell+Access

Big shout out to Lu Liu for contributing the patch!

Thanks,
Sandeep
