[jira] Created: (AXIS2-1516) Tune addressing by not transmitting optional headers

Tune addressing by not transmitting optional headers
----------------------------------------------------

                 Key: AXIS2-1516
                 URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AXIS2-1516
             Project: Apache Axis 2.0 (Axis2)
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: Addressing
            Reporter: Brian DePradine

If we assume that fewer SOAP headers in a message leads to better performance, as far as the processing of that message is concerned, then we should tune addressing headers by not sending optional headers.
