> when driver request killExecutor, am will kill container and numExecutorsFailed will increment. when numExecutorsFailed> maxNumExecutorFailures in AM, AM will exit with EXIT_MAX_EXECUTOR_FAILURES reason. so numExecutorsFailed should exclude the killExecutor from driver.
