[https://maven.apache.org/extensions/maven-build-cache-extension/getting-started.html#adding-build-cache-config] references a template {{maven-build-cache-config.xml}} file, but [https://maven.apache.org/extensions/resources/maven-build-cache-config.xml] results in a Page Not Found error.

What is the actual location of this file and can the link be fixed?
