currently org.apache.sling.testing.sling-mock.core is references with "compile" scope, which can lead in certain scenarios depending on dependency order to creeping in old versions of sling-mock (see [WTES-67|https://wcm-io.atlassian.net/browse/WTES-67] as example).

setting it to "provided" should avoid these problems.
