Client can not access Apache server with WinXP SP2

Dear all,

My server :
 Apache Server 1.3.33
 OS: Windows XP Services Pack 2

I don't know Why I can not access Apache server from client. I set 
authorization and restriction in directive at all. I can access from local but 
I can not access from client.
