[CANCEL][VOTE] Release Apache OzHera 2.2.6-incubating RC2

[薛 <11...@qq.com>]

Hi all,

I would like to cancel the vote for Apache OzHera 2.2.6-incubating RC2.

We found some issues in the current release candidate and need to make further fixes before proceeding with the release.

I will prepare a new release candidate, RC3, and start a new vote after the fixes are ready.

Sorry for the inconvenience, and thanks for your review.

Thanks,
Shan Xue
