SupportsStreamingUpdate was added without proper design because the time was running out in releasing Spark 3.0.0. The class has a TODO comment to introduce better API, but nothing has been proposed so far.

Before proposing the design for the new API, it'd be nice to refactor SupportsStreamingUpdate to represent actual meaning of the behavior, as the name of SupportsStreamingUpdate doesn't represent anything.
