{{BinaryArray}} and {{BinaryEnumArray}} are implementation classes and should live in ignite-binary-impl. ignite-binary-api must keep no reference to them: {{BinariesFactory}} gets {{binaryArray(ctx, compCls, arr)}}, {{binaryArrayClass()}} and {{binaryEnumArrayClass()}}; {{BinaryObjectEx}} gets a default {{isArray()}} that {{BinaryArray}} overrides; {{BinaryContext}} stops registering the two predefined types itself and the factory lists them; {{BinaryUtils}} compares against the factory classes and tests {{isArray()}} instead of {{instanceof}}. The json serializer is registered through the factory class as well.

No behaviour change.
