[GitHub] incubator-trafficcontrol pull request #555: run dispersion sleep after updat...

    run dispersion sleep after update check

    This runs the dispersion check after we check for an update, rather than before.  This will improve the revalidation timing runs.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/dg4prez/incubator-trafficcontrol dispersion_after_check

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/incubator-trafficcontrol/pull/555.patch
