Currently, afther the GitHub Actions deploy script finished the [68/68] maven artifacts is pushed. It may take up to ~30 min to deploy all the atrifcats. 

However, it seems some of them are not necessary for further development processes and will be used only after release will occur (e.g. hibernate, geospatial etc.)

We can reduce the deploy script running time by excluding these artifacts and excluding the javadoc publishing.
