Turning on ffmeg compiler options

Hi,

Can I turn   on and  off the   compiler  options   and rerun the ffmeg  
install script  on  an  existing installation ?

Your assumptions are correct
ffmpeg is only being used to convert WB video files and recordings

Am I right  in saying ffmpeg  is only  used  in the conversion to mpeg  
but  red5  does  the  streaming  / capturing  of the video ?
