xml header

Hi list,

is it possible to suppress the xml coding header '<?xml version="1.0" 
encoding="..."?>' in generated xhtml files? Generation is done by the 
XMLSerializer.

Because some browser (e.g. MozillaFirebird) interpret this files like ordinary 
xml files.
