Hi,

I'd like to request a couple of changes. I'm not sure what, if any, of these are possible, but the end goal is to reduce duplications and noise.

1) Change the Github mailing address for e.g. PR comments, to be

    issues@trafficserver.apache.org

2) Avoid having the PR comments that are cross posted to the corresponding Jira from creating an email message. The problem is that every PR comment causes two emails.

Alternatively, if this is not possible, can we have the 1) change above to be such that the Github PRs don't generate any emails at all (or goes to /dev/null) ?

I'm not sure what exactly is possible here, but if you have any questions, please let me know. I'm usually available in HipChat as well.
