[I] Implement native function of map_concat [auron]
weimingdiit opened a new issue, #2140:

**Describe**
Add native support for Spark `map_concat(...)` via the extension-function path:
- convert Spark `MapConcat` in `NativeConverters`
- implement a native `Spark_MapConcat`
- add a regression test
**Additional context**
`map_concat(map1, map2, ...)` returns the union of all given maps.
