Replacement for HttpOp, using the java.net.http package.

* HttpOp (rewritten) - packaged up convenience GET/POST/PUT/PATCH
* HttpRDF  - RDF use of HttpOp, not including GSP naming.
* AsyncHttpRDF - asynchronous version of HttpOp
