CLOUDSTACK-8526: Use more memory for HyperV VMs in case SSH is tried to VM
VMs on HyperV are GUI based. They require at least 1 GB memory if SSH to VM is to be tested.
Other changes:
Skipped VM migration part for LXC because feature not supported.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/gauravaradhye/cloudstack 8526
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
