Commited the contributed GWT servlet and sample projects in Rev. 670511.

I just adapted the LICENSE/NOTICE file stuff according to the rest of the Sling project.

In addition I moved a resource in the gwt/sample project from the Java tree to the resoure tree, where IMO it belongs.
