Pin Gradle 9.8.0 in .sdkmanrc to match the wrapper

Dependabot bumped the wrapper to 9.8.0 but cannot update .sdkmanrc, so the
source distribution's gradle-bootstrap (and the verification scripts and
Docker image that read .sdkmanrc) regenerated a 9.7.1 wrapper while CI
released with 9.8.0. Bootstrapping with the new pin reproduces the committed
wrapper byte for byte.

CI now fails when the .sdkmanrc gradle pin and the wrapper distributionUrl
disagree, so the next wrapper bump cannot drift silently.

The Grails 8 importing test moves to Gradle 9.8.0 as well, which needs
Grails 8.0.0-RC2: RC1's GrailsCliGradlePlugin calls Configuration.setVisible,
deprecated in 9.8.0, and these tests fail on deprecations.
