Currently we create a new `TestHiveSessionState` in `TestHive`, but in `SparkSession` we create `SessionState`/`HiveSessionState` use reflect logic based on the setting of CATALOG_IMPLEMENTATION, we should make the both consist, then we can test the reflect logic of `SparkSession` in `TestHive`.
