[jira] Updated: (MPDF-37) Make position of page numbers configurable

Lukas Theussl updated MPDF-37:
------------------------------

Summary: Make position of page numbers configurable (was: how to customize the layout?)

The position of page numbers is currently hard-coded in the FoSink, so it's not possible to configure it. This needs another Doxia release, see DOXIA-377.

> Our group has a 'standard' that all page numbers should be at the bottom (footer), but the pdf generated has them at the top.
> How can this be customized for our 'standard'?
> By the way, thank you for this plugin, it has already been very useful.
