[ANN] Apache Maven Install Plugin 2.5.1 Released

The Apache Maven team is pleased to announce the release of the Apache
Maven Install Plugin, version 2.5.1

This plugin is used during the install phase to add artifact(s) to the
local repository.

http://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-install-plugin/

You should specify the version in your project's plugin configuration:

<plugin>
   <groupId>org.apache.maven.plugins</groupId>
   <artifactId>maven-install-plugin</artifactId>
   <version>2.5.1</version>
</plugin>

Release Notes - Maven Install Plugin - Version 2.5.1

** Bug
     * [MINSTALL-98] - installAtEnd broken with parallel builds
     * [MINSTALL-99] - InstallAtEnd should respect plugin-configuration per
project

Enjoy,

-The Apache Maven team

Fix "installAtEnd" description. Now it's:

Whether every project should be deployed during its own deploy-phase or at
the end of the multimodule build. If set to true and the build fails, none
of the reactor projects is deployed

Should be "installed", not "deployed".
