Datanode install fails on multi-node clusters because the following configuration property:
$ambari_db_rca_url= 'jdbc:postgresql://localhost/ambarirca'
Ensure all of these variables are wired up:
"ambari_db_rca_url"
"ambari_db_rca_driver"
"ambari_db_rca_username"
"ambari_db_rca_password"
