DO NOT REPLY [Bug 52989] WIndows 2008 JMeter client (support IPv4 &
IPv6) couldn't start JMeter server when JMeter server only support IPv4.

Hello,
Try adding:
preferIPv4Stack=true
To system.properties file in bin folder on jmeter jvms
Please leave a post in this issue if this works for you
