   I am thinking about the name. As the control panel is actually for the services of Istio components, but the data panel is the sidecar metrics, which included all meshed service. 
   Do you think providing 2 separated level 1 dashboard called `Istio` and `Istio Data Panel` makes more sense? In this case, we could provide another group name for those sidecar's services/instances.
