   @hsiang-c, I saw #9335 was closed by the stale bot. Are you planning to come back to it? If not, I'd build on your work and the review discussion there, and credit you.
   
   From that discussion, the tricky part is that all_entries de-duplicates manifests shared across snapshots, so adding `as_of_snapshot` means listing an entry once per snapshot that references it. `all_manifests` already has `reference_snapshot_id`, so I'd follow that pattern and start with `all_entries` alone in a small first PR, then extend to the other all_* tables. Does that direction sound right?
