Merge Jakarta EE 10 work

Hi all,

Should we merge Jakarta EE 10 branch into master and run TCK on demand as
discussed on the other PR?

We could at least have some snapshots published. What do you think?

Hi,

What about running passing tck and forcing not yet passing one manually
when needed?
