[I] NodeInstanceFactoryRegistry is created more than once if the environment is specified [incubator-kie-issues]

When the NodeInstanceFactoryRegistry is specificified in here

whenever the factory is called creates a new instance.

The idea would be to change that for a string in the environment and create a map of singleton per string-key
