Dropping xindiceadmin

While I'm on the subject of cutting, I'm also going to cut the 
xindiceadmin client tool and just have xindice as the only tool. It was a 
really stupid idea to split these the way they are, I don't even know what 
I was thinking. I get bitten by this thing all the time and it's really 
annoying.
