[I] [BUG] [shenyu]
yudayday opened a new issue, #5242:
URL: https://github.com/apache/shenyu/issues/5242
### Is there an existing issue for this?
- [X] I have searched the existing issues
### Current Behavior
When building a reference and using the Apache Dubbo namespace, the 'register' property of the RegistryConfig is not set to 'false'.
* namespace is blank
org.apache.shenyu.plugin.apache.dubbo.cache.ApacheDubboConfigCache#buildReference

org.apache.shenyu.plugin.apache.dubbo.cache.ApacheDubboConfigCache#init

* namespace is not blank
org.apache.shenyu.plugin.apache.dubbo.cache.ApacheDubboConfigCache#buildReference

the default value of 'register' is 'true,' this is not only an unnecessary operation but also slows down the construction of references.
### Expected Behavior
set register to false

### Steps To Reproduce
_No response_
### Environment
```markdown
ShenYu version(2.5.1):
```
### Debug logs
_No response_
### Anything else?
_No response_
