Add more time should a solution for slow computers. My question is whether all test cases in TestContainerResourceUsage are subject to timeout? And it seems that both testUsageWithOneAttemptAndOneContainer and testUsageWithMultipleContainersAndRMRestart need to sleep to let metrics to accumulate. Hence should the fix be applied to all the test cases here?
