[users@httpd] mod_proxy_html

Hi,

I am trying to create the mod_proxy_html as described in apache site. I am on Windows 2000 and I amnot sure on how to use the APXS tool on windows 2000. Anyone has this module for windows 2000 and can pass it on, please do. Others with info on using APXS on windows 2000 please send me that info.
